BFF #14: Throwback Terengganu Trip

Date: 21-26 May 2015.
Location: Terengganu.


Nina & I went to Terengganu mainly for Aidiq's convocation. But we are killing two birds with one stone :p We spent more days having fun while waiting for the convocation day because Sue was there. So, she officially is our driver & home provider. Thanks Sue! :*

Our flight at 7.45pm. Nope, that kid is not going anywhere.
First meal in Terengganu. Somewhere near to the airport, on the way to UMT.
First day has been spent by the beaches.
Penarik Beach, Setiu.


So, our guide here suggests to have keropok lekor & sotong celup tepung together with fresh coconut. Perfect!
Tok Jembal Beach, Batu Rakit. This beach is located right behind UMT campus.
Since we are facing east, the sun sets behind us.


Dinner at a local cafe at town.
There is night market on the other side of the canal.
Second day starts with shopping at Pasar Payang.
Then, we hike up Bukit Puteri, located opposite the Pasar Payang. This is the view of Kuala Terengganu town :D

Behind us is the lighthouse. Bukit Puteri is actually a fortress where the King & his men will hide and discuss about counter attack when the enemies attack.
Known as Meriam Beranak because this huge cannon has two smaller cannons  next to it.
State Museum.




In front the famous Crystal Mosque.

I guess this love lock fever has spread wider than I thought it has been.

Spent the night at China Town, Kuala Terengganu.

The alleys are literally street arts. I bet the view is better with daylight.
Third day. To Sekayu we gooooo! :D



We chose to enjoy the small waterfall because it is empty. Yes, we are the only human there and we had fun!





We bid farewell to Sekayu at 3pm and shoot to Dungun for Aidiq's convocation.
Fourth day. His big day. Congrats!


Our last meal. Pizza at Mesra Mall.
Photobombed by this small creature. Shoot back to Kuala Terengganu since our flight home is at 8.30 am. Zzz.

Assalamualaikum :) Esok kita start exam. Sampai 9 Januari. Kita nak minta maaf banyak banyak kalau ada menyinggung perasaan sesiapa selama kita membebel dalam blog ni. UniLife #1: Room mate.

Assalamualaikum! :) Hai , morning semua :D wah wah , awal aku bangun hari ni . Pada hal takde kelas pun . Tapi kalau ada kelas , waktu ni aku krohh krohh lagi (ape punye perangai entah) . Actually , dari semalam gian nak membebel kat sini tapi wifi kolej 'laju' sangat , sampai lappy aku tak sempat nak capture . Blerghh ! Okay , nak cerita pasal room mate aku . Baru tahu semalam yang dia takut kucing ! Itu pun sebab kebetulan time tu aku ada kat bilik . And bila kucing tu masuk , dia just shooh shooh dari pintu je . So , aku pun dengan baik hatinya ambik lah kucing tu and letak kat luar . Dia sengih je . Aku pun kembang kembang hidung lah sebab konon dah selamatkan nyawa dia . Hihi . Aku ni memang jarang jarang dan super jarang cakap dengan room mate aku tu . Sem ni , baru 2 kali kot cakap dengan dia .
